“I was finding it impossible to find 10mm knitting needles, that were longer than 35cm, in local shops. Thank goodness for The Wool Factory! The 40cm needles arrived within a couple of days of me ordering them and my grandaughter's blanket is under way, thank you.”

“Can't believe how quickly the parcel of wool was delivered. It was scheduled for delivery at a friend's house so quickly that we had to ring them early morning to say that they would be getting their wool far sooner than we thought. They are totally over the moon with the quality of the chunky wool that we ordered.”
