“What can I say? Every order has been received promptly and all complete, nothing missing no substitutions. Excellent value for money, cheaper than our only haberdasher 8 bus stops away, and greater choice. Good for choice, value, service - bad for my growing wool hoard. 😎 which is good, because it keeps me out of mischief!”

“I ordered a crochet hook set in July not realising that they would be coming from abroad, I eventually got them yesterday and pleased with them there were a few emails from me enquiring about them ,Emma was very patient and polite and helpful each time I asked where my order was and true to her word when they eventually received them she dispatched the same day and arrived to me the next day. Superb customer care. Just wish that more stuff was available in Britain rather than abroad. Thank you again Emma for your patience.”

“Have ordered from the wool factory twice now, and both times it’s went without a hitch. They’ve got a great range of yarn at various price points - and there’s definitely bargains! I like their communication style - their emails are both friendly and informative. You get free delivery for orders over a certain value which everyone loves and both my free deliveries have arrived very quickly. Never had to do any returns or had any refunds, so I can’t comment on that side of things. But based on the positive experiences I’ve had, I will buy here again and would recommend to crochet friends also :)”

“Excellent, fast and efficient service. Quality of wool is very good. All dye numbers were exactly the same ( I have had problems with another company who sent out four different dye numbers out of six balls of wool) Cannot fault this company at all and will definitely be using them for all my future orders.”
