I love the wool factory I love how easy the web site is how quickly you post it the orders and your enthusiasm makes me feel like I'm an important customer. But.....I tried on 5 different occasions yesterday to become a VIP and avail on the wee extras with the order I was making but it would not go through seemed like a perform on your end as I was able to place the order ok but not the VIP order so I lost it on my extra savings
