Very disappointed in the quality of the wool. The chunky yarn is very course/ rough and unsuitable for a baby blanket. The dk is different thicknesses so I cannot use together as I had wished.

Sorry but the wool I received was nothing like the colour expected. My letter sent in to you had no response for days and finally I got a generic reply saying look at the return policy online..so basically no one was of any help at all. Money wasted..won 't buy again or reccomend from this experience.

The wool that I have just received from you King Cole DK colour Forest the colour is nice but the wool goes from very thin to thick then goes to very thick that I had to cut out and re attach I am on my second ball which is just the same as I am crocheting a poncho as a present you can see the difference in the stitching I just hope I have enough to finish it I will not be purchasing anything else from yourselves . Very disappointed

I have placed many orders from the wool factory whivh I have always received in full, but on this occasion I must say I've been let down. I ordered a knitting pattern bundle and it hasn't been sent with the rest of the order. I have tried emailing and sending messages on facebook for them to contact me and no response so now it looks like I'm not going to get them which is really annoying as the have took the money for them. Not at all what I expected

Since 23/8 i have left phone, email and chat messages explaining a dilemma I have, but absolutey no response from Wool Factory. I Ordered 11 Balls 100g of Haywards Bonus Chunky, 7 out of 11 delivered were DK. Awful customer service answering queries or concerns. I am knitting a jumper as a present, and now may either have to pay again to now re-order elsewhere to get jumper finished in time. No confidence that I will eiher get a response to my dilemma or a refund and am now with wool I don't want or need. Disappointed 😞.

Wool (majestic white aran) was discoloured and not nice, was told to return as pack hadn't been opened, now I'm struggling to get any contact with anyone regarding my refund after returning the order 2 weeks ago, no response to email, no phone number no live chat option. Really really unhappy, used to be my go to place

My order came fairly quickly with a jolly note telling me how important my order was to them, but one of the large balls of Aran was full of faults. All 400 grams of it. I know it’s not The Wool Factory’s fault, but it’s their legal obligation to put it right. I emailed, Instagram DMd and contacted via their website. No response to any of my messages. They do not accept phone calls I was halfway through a customer project which had now been delayed nearly ten days. I eventually got a reply and an apology and the promise of another ball to be sent. This took three days to action and at time of writing I’ve not received it. For all these reasons I cannot recommend this company.

I will not be using this company again. Orders were accepted for items which were not in stock. I selected alternatives, and received a confirmation email of their dispatch on 7th December. These items did not arrive, ( I have now been refunded) I have asked several times for a tracking reference as proof that they were actually posted in the first place, however this request has been ignored.

I cancelled an order because the full order was not available. They have now sent the order but agreed a full refund 10 days ago. They do not respond to emails.

Never received, given two wrong tracking numbers and now ignoring emails. Can't be contacted by phone, customer service is now non existent.

My order was 2 items short, I emailed 5 times before I got a reply asking for details which I had already submitted. By then I was so fed up I didn't bother to reply. I'll shop elsewhere.

Delayed parcel and delayed communication. I was told I was sent emails regarding stock issues, this emails never came. So waited 2 weeks for a parcel that should have been 2 days.

I placed order on 11 Nov as I needed wool urgently for a gift on 20 Nov, that was why I paid £4.13 for RM Tracked 24, which I stupidly expected would arrived within 2 working days at the most. The items I ordered were in stock on 11 Nov but out of stock in 6 Dec when ACTUALLY posted! I sent numerous email, which were never answered. They had the absolute cheek to refund my item that was NOW out of stock but didn’t refund the delivery fee I paid extra for! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE, SO DISAPPOINTED! I would give 0 stars but not possible.🤬

Hi Dawn and sincerest apologies again about this. As per our prior emails to you, we had explained that Royal Mail had claimed your parcel as lost/damaged; as a company, we expect our customers to get what they've ordered and paid for however, on this occasion, we were unfortunately out of stock of that particular item and therefore refunded you for it. We've encountered similar issues recently and it makes us feel terrible when a parcel is lost and we don't have the correct stock available, at that time, to replace it and we'll continue to do our best to improve communications between us and our couriers.
