“Very happy with the time it took to receive my wool and the colours are lovely, very vibrant. The only thing I don't like is the feel of the wool, I am hoping it will soften when washed and rinsed in fabric softener as I only knit baby things and it's a bit harsh for baby skin. Other then that I am very pleased”

“Great selection and easy to order. Lovely email of the progress of the order through all the handlers! However a little disappointed with the orange and multi coloured yarns as they are thicker, though not quite chunky than the red. I am knitting jackets for twin girls and thought I would do different colours with contrasting neck and cuff which would be the same and funky buttons .....the orange one is bulkier than I hoped. I love the care you take.”

“The only criticism I have is a number of balls have joins in them - which has an impact on wastage and wasting time when I have to cut the wool pit and start the blanket again”

“I re-ordered white DK yarn, and found this batch very disappointing as it is thinner than expected and much thinner than the cornflower blue I bought to go with it. The blue is excellent and makes up well, hence my higher rating.”

“Lovely to deal with. Great wool at a great price and speedy delivery. Only 4 stars as I was a new customer and it said if I signed up to newsletter I would get 10% discount but I didn't. Or at least I couldn't work out how to get it because there was no code. More likely my fault than theirs 😆”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of my last order. I had a lot of problems with the order before this one and decided never to use the wool factory again. However I thought maybe I would give it one more try and so happy I did. I am happy with the wool and the service was awesome.”

“I normally have a wonderful service and always buy my wool from yourselves, however, I received a link for a PDF pattern and the link did not work. I have emailed you back and you told me once again to follow the link supplied even though I explained I never got my downloaded pattern so slightly disappointed guys”
