10 of my tiles were chipped. That was in a sealed box. Disappointed when you have paid for a tradesman to fit them and he cannot finish the job.

The delivery was done by pallet line which ment that they would only deliver to the kirb side,which is not good. The boxes of tiles were very.

Good Morning Mr Stares. Firstly thank you for making a purchase through our company and secondly i'm sorry for the unexpected irritation on having to hand move all the tiles into your home. Company policy as stated in our FAQ section and Returns and Delivery section is that we only offer a kerbside service when it comes to delivery. Usually if it was on one of our own vehicles in the London area we would gladly help unload them but because we use external courier companies nationwide they tend to just unload and go due to the high volume of deliveries that they have to make and also the insurance implications if anything were to go wrong while moving the tiles. I am again sorry for the irritation caused but we will endeavour to always help our customers when and if we can when we are the deliverers of tiles. We hope that despite this setback that your tiling project goes well and the final product looks great. Have a great day The Tile Experience

The can was very poorly packed and therefore badly damaged but fortunately did not leak.

Well packaged. The edging strips did not allow full insertion of the tile, not a brilliant product

The system adopted when ordering from a store in relation to ordering online is very confusing! It transpired that some tiles that were limited stock if ordered online would enable me to jump the queue ahead of the stores order as it wasn't due a delivery. Strange system indeed. No wonder branches are closing.

Gear all arrived eventually - found tile experience very responsive - sample was a little small for the test I wanted to do but that's ok - delivery was very poor though - took three attempts on three consecutive days with no obvious impediment our end just copious information about entrance to our site and multiple contact telephone numbers given in advance of the first delivery.

Good prices on the latex self levelling products that we purchased but the delivery was a disappointment. We specifically ordered from this site because we were guaranteed next day delivery for an urgent job if we ordered before 12.30pm, which we did. Needless to say the next day delivery never arrived and neither did a call back from the staff letting us know exactly when it would be delivered which really messed up the whole job, very frustrating.

Dear Sir, Apologies regarding this issue. Your delivery was sent out on a next day as requested, however our courier had a problem with your delivery but failed to inform us. If they had, we would have rung you and passed on their message. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you in getting the job finished.

quick delivery and competitive pricing however the request for feedback/review is the FIRST communication since Paypal Checkout during purchase of the product. Just not good enough in this day and age of hyper-connectivity! I didn't know if or when the order was despatched , who was delivering it or the delivery date, if the driver turned up half an hour later he would have had to re-schedule delivery. Paypal provide vendors with all contact information, T T E could have phoned, texted or emailed.

My order came as described but the person who took my order did not tell me I could contact the courier to get a more accurate delivery time so waited in nearly all day
