“Ordered online as couldn't match the tiles I needed in stores. Extremely well packaged, took a while unwrapping to get to the actual tiles! Super swift delivery, using a decent courier. Arrived way before I needed them. If I need tiles again I will definitely be visiting these guys.”

“I recently ordered some sample floor tiles and they arrived really quickly, were well packaged and are of beautiful quality. I have made my choice now that I have seen them for real and will be ordering the tiles for my hallway very soon. I would definitely recommend The Tile Experience and praise them for their ‘free sample’ option - much better than just buying off the internet without seeing the real thing!”

“Good prices, and quality materials. Delivery is charged at next day rates but isn't next day. The web site makes a big issue about next day delivery if ordered before 12.00 noon, and there's no option to have economy delivery if under 50Kg, so you're stuck with paying premium delivery plus have to be available to check & sign for at any time between 8am & 5pm...so that's your next day wasted waiting in for nothing, and no progress on the project. But the very small print at the bottom of the web page it says next day is not guaranteed, because the couriers are beyond Tile Experiences control. So in summary why mess your customers about just so you can charge premium rates for something you can't achieve?”
