“Ordering and selecting the tiles were easy. Paying easy. But delivery v poor waited on 2 delivery spots no one turned on the 3rd day delivery they came tiles were very well pack with cardboard and thick layer of bubble wrap even then the couriers have damaged one box of 100 tiles at least 21 broken. V. Poor handling.”

“Quick delivery of tile backer board, and trim delivered directly from manufacturer. Unfortunately the tile trim arrived bent, as cardboard tube Was bent during transit. Courier company DX is very poor - had terrible experience with them before when buying from another retailer. They do not take sufficient care of consignments. Do not use DX.”

“I took delivery of the tiles and took photos of the boxes which I noticed had some corner damaged when my tiler opened the boxes the corners were damaged. Fortunately, he said he could get over the damage I am surprised that there is no corner protection inside the boxes The tiler was also surprised they did not come supplied in a modular format.”

“Ordered Marmox boards from these guys and the company themselves are very good had an issue with delivery that’s why 4 stars otherwise would have been five. Communications are very good in finding out what happened to order which the delay was down to the courier. Have ordered again and this experience was great will use again and recommend”

“I have only given a 4 star rating for one reason, and that was the delivery. The tiles I ordered are perfect and only waiting now for better weather to get them fitted. My disappointment was with the courier APC, I got my two hour time window, which they didn’t meet, then having no update on app to say what is happening, I drove 30 minutes the next morning early to the depot to collect them myself. The box itself looked as if it had been through the wars but all tiles were undamaged , So that soured the experience a little, or it would have been 5.”
