“Found what i needed at a good price. ordered on the sunday and received by wednesday. the Arditex NA did the job and covered the glue that had been used to hold wooden tiles down for the past 30 years. Thanks”

“Very reasonable prices of a very broad range of brands. From a DIY customer perspective these prices gave significant savings on prices in the usual DIY sheds which usually carry a limited range. Nice and simple ordering process and quick dispatch and delivery. My only feedback would be that once order was dispatched there was no information on an expected delivery time slot on day of delivery, however friendly shop staff were very helpful in putting me in contact with delivery company to obtain this info when I contacted them. So overall a very positive shopping experience.”

“Good prices on the latex self levelling products that we purchased but the delivery was a disappointment. We specifically ordered from this site because we were guaranteed next day delivery for an urgent job if we ordered before 12.30pm, which we did. Needless to say the next day delivery never arrived and neither did a call back from the staff letting us know exactly when it would be delivered which really messed up the whole job, very frustrating.”

If they had, we would have rung you and passed on their message. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you in getting the job finished.

“Initial order was, I have to say, poorly packaged and more than half the tiles were damaged. Of course, putting 'fragile' on the pack seems to mean nothing to many a courier. However, when I called they were prompt, courteous and really did well to get the tiles to us by the next day - and they were far better packaged this time! So I'd cheerfully recommend the Tile Experience again and will try them in future. Oh, and they carried a type of tile I'd been struggling to find elsewhere or locally, so well done on that score also.”
