“Left it very late in the bathroom fitting process before deciding what colour grout was needed to complete the floor tiles. Local supplier was prepared to deliver next day on the basis that I paid for a minimum order in excess of £50! Ordered 10pm one day from Tile Experience and delivered with 48 hours for the quantity I needed. Quick to respond to my email plea for an 'urgent' delivery.”

“For: Cheapest price found online for the tile adhesive I needed, discount for bulk order. Against: Delivery arrived a day earlier than quoted but luckily I was in to accept it. Arrived on a pallet which fell apart as it was unloaded, causing some of the bags to break open, had to stick tape over the holes so they didn't go off.”

“I ordered a bag of wall adhesive and it arrived with just an address label on it. Although on this occasion the bag was not punctured it carried obvious marks of having been damaged and the outer bag split. This delivery was very poorly packaged and should have been considered as a fragile item.”

Good morning Mr Brown Thank you very much for letting us know about this issue with our packaging. We do strive to pack every item whether big all small in a way that protects it but it seems in this case we dropped the ball. We appreciate this type of feedback as it reminds us to always be better. Fragile stickers as helpful as they are are not always followed by our delivery companies which then let us down. Glad in this case you didn't have adhesive all over the show. We would have replaced it if it had. No questions asked. Thanks again for taking the time to send us a review. “First- Tile Experience has good choice of very fine quality and best design tiles. Secondly- they wrap their tiles for transportation very very thoroughly. Also they dispatch orders immediately and they always inform and communicate with you ,so you know what to expect . My tiles has been delivered next day after purchase! Oh almost forgot- they give you probably the best price deal on your purchase.I'm very happy with price for my purchase ! Definitely will buy again! It used to be Tile Mountain , but now it is Tile Experience for me !”

“The epoxy resin grout I bought from this company failed to set properly which was the manufacturer's fault and not this company. However, Lee did not try and fob me off and immediately and without any prompting from me sent a replacement and at over £30 a tub, this was not a giveaway. Throughout, the Tile Experience did all they could to put the matter right and I rate their service as very good indeed. I would certainly use them again”

“The delivery was on time and the tiles represented good value for money. I would have given 5 stars but the tiles were 96 mm square, not the 100 mm it states on the advert and box.”

Hello, This is a situation that occurs from time time. Most manufacturers recommendations state that the covered area includes a grout joint of 4mm per square metre, particularly on using modular sized tiles (100x100, 200x200 etc.) as often contractors can match the wall and floor grout lines together. This has no effect on the overall appearance of the tiled area, but it can make a difference when using both together.
