Hi Barry. thanks so much for purchasing through our website. glad we got most of the experience right :) We are busy working on new delivery methods that would allow us to offer a cheaper delivery cost but would have a longer delivery time frame. Our couriers work on volume and weight and so 40kgs tends to be a bit more expensive to ship especially next day. Have a great week Regards The Tile Experience

“Unfortunately the replacement tiles we ordered (which incidentally arrived very promptly) were not suitable. After an exchange of emails, as the tile experience could not provide what I required, a full refund was promptly given.”

“I purchased a large quantity of 2 items and both are by far the best value I could find. Having ordered on line I then phoned to add to the order. The member of staff was extremely helpful and the delivery arrived the next day.”

“I was a little concerned at order time, as The company was unknown to me on line. In addition the price was considerably less than other companies that did not even have the product in stock. I discovered all my concerns were unfounded. I had quick confirmation by email of my order and update of shipment, with product arriving within the quoted 2 day celivery schedule”
