“What a treasure to find, helpful, capable, professional, great prices and superb delivery. I cannot stress how good this company is, they contact you immediately if there are any deviations form the order and when they could not source a product they cancelled it and refunded me very promptly. Great advice is freely given and all of my gear arrived on time and as it should, all the way to Cornwall. I would recommend them to anyone, no problem.”

“Very friendly and helpful people, both at time of ringing to check stock and then also at point of collection - even though I forgot to bring the order reference! The collection point wasn't obvious for a first time visit but easily dealt with through the helpful staff.”

“I have used The Tile Experience twice. On both occasions the tiles arrived within 48 hours of ordering. The Authentic Black Quarry tiles are great quality just what we expected. They look robust and have a rough, non-slip surface. Just perfect for our porch floor.”
