“Most of my tiles arrived broken. Packaging very poor. Just put in box and covered in brown wrapping paper. Should have been at least bubble wrapped. Had to ask for replacement tiles.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but the courier service that delivered the tiles was aweful, a neighbour accepted the parcel (damaged) but no notification was given that it was left with them.”

“Tiles arrived well-packed and exactly as expected. Your delivery driver was also very helpful in using the trolley to try to drop the palette of tiles at the closest possible point to our side access on a very hot day. Thank you!”
