“I wanted some Schluter tile trims which are not easy to get without paying a fair bit on postage. Since I live in Sutton, I can order and pick up the trims from Tile Experience, the staff was nice and I got them within a week.”

“Very easy experience and exactly what I needed. Will definitely use Tile Experience for everything I need. The only negative was the waiting around for sometime upon collection. When you get confirmation that the order is ready, it is not actually ready and waiting, its still in the racks in the depth of the warehouse, we'll mine was and I had a long wait when time is precious.”

“There was a delay with the courier and I had to contact them as the parcel was held in East Midlands for 5 days. Unfortunately the profiles were not suitable for the place we wanted them for. We are finding it difficult to find an appropriate product.”
