“Travelled into London to The Warehouse in 2021 a little unsure as to what I wanted (well worth the trip to look and discuss my needs) Purchased 2 wool rugs. I chose well and was very pleased with my purchases thanks to the help of Kat. Unfortunately I had a larger than average amount of shedding with one of them. Logging my complaint was difficult at first as I could only speak with one of the male sales staff. Thankfully after several phone calls I managed to speak with Kat who I now know is the owner. OMG AMAZING customer service. From that moment on I could not wish to be better looked after. A replacement was ordered and EVERY step of the way I was kept informed either by email or phone. I have no qualm about recommending The Rug Warehouse either for quality, choice or customer service. If I could give them more stars I would.”

“Ordered a rug which was the wrong size (my fault), they very swiftly sent the size I wanted plus an additional one and arranged for collection of the incorrect item. Rug was lovely and colour very much as shown. Very easy Company to deal with I would highly recommend.”

“Great quality rugs, look and feel more expensive, fast delivery. I was finding it difficult to find two matching hall runners in different lengths for an L shaped hall,, so many to choose from here. A small problem with one rug was dealt with very efficiently, a replacement was sent out within a few days and I was kept informed, I can't fault the customer service team. I would definitely recommend this company.”
