“This company goes the extra mile in customer service. I had to ask them to delay the arrival of my rug as I was calked away which they did I then decided to add another rug and they sent both orders together which was great . On the delivery day , the order was slightly later than the time slot so Rug Warehouse sent me an ex gratia payment to compensate! The rugs are as pictured and look great in my sewing room. I would definately recommend them and they will be my first call for further rugs when I move house.”

“I love the runner, but there is a problem with it. It arrived well wrapped, but it had not been well rolled before being wrapped, and it had a cone shaped end, with a corresponding hollow end at the other side. When laid flat it was curved instead of absolutely straight. I am hoping that this will resolve over time, and that it is not a manufacturing fault. Please advise.”
