Delivery was straight forward and the rug was well packaged. The colours on your site matched well with the actual rug received. The company is super efficient, my orders were dispatched the morning after l placed them. They also use a very good delivery company who send out clear and accurate information, so l knew exactly when my order was arriving. Staff are very friendly and helpful, l was left a message to say my address in an online order was incomplete and when l phoned to respond, a very friendly lady had already found the information from an earlier order and the order was already dispatched.”
