“Rug arrived beautifully wrapped. It is a lovely carpet, the only gripe I have with the rug is that there are some threads of different colours on the lighter area of the carpet making it look like there is a stain. Courier service initially delivered an empty box with the advice note on the box saying "carpet". I emailed The Rug Warehouse and they were marvellous at contacting the courier service to find out where the rug was. Received it two days later. Great service”
