“We were looking for a vintage looking rug for our wooden dining room floor. There was plenty of choice in the colour and size we wanted and we finally decided on Herix Ornate green rug. It looks fantastic, really good quality with a soft luxurious feel. Very good value for money.”

“Choosing a rug online is difficult. The Customer Services Team were excellent- they were very responsive and helpful and sent me close up pictures of the rugs I was deciding between. When I’d chosen, the company price-matched the same rug I found elsewhere but cheaper. Delivery was great. I’d recommend this company.”

“Love this rug, it is exactly as the photo showed it, very good quality & perfect colour match. I do wish the round rugs came in a wider range of sizes as nothing between 120cm & 160cm (140cm would have been perfect). Very pleased with my purchase though.”

“Huge selection of rugs for every taste in a good range of sizes. The ordering process was easy and straightforward and the prompt delivery was arranged on a day to suit me. I found the rug I ordered didn’t really suit the room I placed it in so wanted to swap for another. The process for doing so was, again, easy and straightforward with prompt responses to my request and any questions I had. Again, the swap was arranged for a day to suit my availability and was done quickly and without fuss. You do have to re-wrap the return, preferably in the original packing, and pay for the return postage, but that’s perfectly reasonable. Customer service throughout has been great with fast responses to questions and requests. Excellent all round.”
