Great experience with The Rugs Warehouse from start to finish! First, they had the best price for the rug we wanted and then the communication was superb too. As soon as the rug was dispatched we received the tracking details without having to chase them - I say that because we bought another rug from a different company and I had to phone every step of the process to get information. The delivery company DX Express messed things up a bit - they sent us a message to say the rug would be delivered between 12-14 hrs last Friday, the driver did not show up and then the DX Express website was updated to say that the rug was delivered. I emailed The Rugs Warehouse explaining what has happened and they were superb in chasing the matter up with DX Express and keeping us updated. They managed to resolve the matter with DX Express and the rug was delivered on Monday, but we were reassured that if DX Express failed again, The Rugs Warehouse has another rug on standby ready to be shipped with a different courier. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the rug - I thoroughly recommend The Rugs Warehouse!
