Ordered on 27/12/23, paid next day £9.99. Didn't receive a dispatch email or a response from support for over a week. They completely ignored my cancellation & refund request and sent the product anyway (after I'd contacted DHL and found they hadn't even received it yet). Only when I refused the delivery from DHL did they acknowledge a refund... Still waiting. Truly an awful experience, won't buy from PiHut again.
