“Got it for my nephew and it didn't come with instructions on how to build or use. No labeling on the different resistors so I have to try and find out what they are before he uses them. And the online instructions at camjam.me/edukit are useless for a beginner to understand and just end up taking you to GitHub to download code with no description on what you are doing”

“Order took 3 weeks to come and was incomplete when opened. Quickly refunded for missing item but no chance of sourcing an alternative 4 days before Christmas.”

“e are not happy on how our order being dealt. We have placed an order PO/138785 on 14 dec (wed) and paid extra £9.99 for next day delivery from DHL and until today we DONT have an order with us. i dont see what is the point of having a next day delivery option when you cant fulfill it, as promised. As this is extermely urgent product and our entire production has stopped just cause the pi hut cannot fulfill THE order as promised.”

“Very disappointing experience with PiHut !!! I ordered the advent calendar on the 14th of November. The 7th of December, I still do not receive the calendar... Why did PiHut wait so long to send it to me (29th of November) ? Finally, the calendar arrived today (the 08th of December) but the raspberry pico wasn't in the box... Very disappointing!!! I'll NEVER order at PiHut !!!”

“I placed my advent calendar order on 11/11/22. The advent calendar left the factory on November 29. As of today, December 3, it's still sitting in London airport - maybe I'll get in time to use in December 2023.”

“I pre-ordered the Pi Pico advent calendar on the 13th of November for my daughter and it was shipped via Royal Mail on the 29th of November, despite them being on strike on the 30th of November and 1st of December. I still haven't received it and we're now 3 days into advent! I understand that it's not your fault Royal Mail are on strike, but there are other courier services or you could have shipped it earlier. An advent calendar is fairly time critical for advent.”

“More than likely nothing to do with Pi Hut but 2nd December and still not received it. Might be time to consider another delivery firm as Royal Mail is going from bad to worse accepting it will cost more”
