“After the button on my pen fell off I thought I wouldn't be able to wear my pen in my pocket again. Thankfully I found this company and purchased a new top which came very quickly and at a reasonable price. Now my 10 year old pen is almost as good as new again.”

“As usual I ordered my new diary. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one so called to see if I could return it. The Pen Company dealt with me immediately with no fuss. I ordered the right diary which I paid for and when I returned the wrong one I was refunded the cost of that. They are very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.”
