“Excellent service. I purchased a Visconti Ballpoint (Homo Sapiens Bronze Age). I looked at a number of sites to find the pen, and The Pen COmpany prices were markedly better than anything I saw. So I went ahead and made the purchase. The pen arrived in perfect condition and promptly (considering I am in USA). Everything went as I had hoped. Thanks.”

“Excellent service: I have several Lamy fountain pens, the two oldest ones being Lamy Joy's; and a much newer Safari. The older of the two Joy's developed a fault, in that the cap (or top) would not stay on. Lamy Joy replacement caps are quite difficult to find; and on lead times of one or two weeks. A Google search indicated that the problem was an inner cap and it indicated how this might be fixed, but that did not work. Another search led me to The Pen Company. What I ordered late on a Wednesday night was a black Lamy Safari cap and a Lamy Z28 convertor, which were both in stock; they were despatched the next day; and, received by me on Monday morning. The Safari cap is interchangeable with the Joy cap; so, my pen was immediately put back in use with its nib fully protected from damage. From a stylistic viewpoint, I don't have the contrasting red / black of the Lamy Joy clip and the cap body; but, I do have the physical protection of the nib. Perhaps when the Joy caps become more readily available, I might get one.”

“Ordered an engraved Parker ballpoint. Engraving quality is good and I've not noticed and flaws or mistakes. Delivery was very quick considering and the cost was cheaper than that well known jungle-based behemoth of a market place. I'd recommend this company if you're after a quality pen.”

“These folks are great. They are overseas, and my pen was here the next day! They were great on the phone, too. I bought the M800 couple years ago (the M1000 not available)...had buyer's remorse since. It was OK, but nothing special. I am so so glad I got the M1000. The nib is EF, and flexy, nearly hairline thins, and thick pull strokes (no railroading). Not sure if this is my favorite yet, I am fortunate to have some other great pens. The Pen Company was superb. The next time I purchase a pen, I will go there first, you cannot beat it when folks answer the phone, call you back, return emails, (esp Jake), and to get the pen the very next day-wow. 5 stars.”
