“I have been purchasing from the company in recent years. The price is reasonable, the ordering service is reliable (got what I ordered and with no issue with the payment system so far). The deliveries were always within reasonable time for item been delivered halfway around the world and with good packaging.”

“I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have always enjoyed from The Pen Company at all times. I asked a question about ink refills via email, and that question was answered quickly and thoroughly as well. The range of luxury pens that The Pen Company stock is very comprehensive. I have ordered a Waterman Expert Rollerball Pen that simply isn’t available from pen dealers/sellers in Australia. In total, I am very satisfied with the online shopping experience that has been provided to me by The Pen Company.”

“The service and delivery time was excellent. The Cross pen refills did not seem to be as high a quality as earlier Cross refills I had purchased in stores. I don't know the reason, but it may well be beyond Pen Company's control.”

“I recently decided to experiment with a new nib size for my Pelikan M 600, and my search led me to Pen Co. Their prices were the best I could find anywhere. Despite noticing that the Fine nib I was interested in was listed as out of stock, I went ahead and placed the order anyway. After all, I was in no rush and more than willing to wait. A few days later, I was notified that my order was shipping. It arrived here (in the US) within a few days. I was pleased with this unexpected turn of events and the efficiency of Pen Co.'s service.”

“Quick delivery, excellant customer service. Slight error in gift wrap the price was left on. The gift wrap i felt was too old fashioned and didn't match the hugo boss pen. Don't pay for giftwrap. Will use this company again.”
