“Hello, I received the pen in excellent condition, in a nice packaging: it is a pleasure to write with it. I had wanted to buy it for some time but did not dare because of the price. Your offer is the most advantageous I have found. Excellent exchange with the seller. The only mistake (I think due to Brexit) is the € 14 tax that I had to pay to the French state to withdraw it ... patience. Thanks and happy new year.”

“Very helpful with a fault on a pens 15 months after purchase. It was a 21st gift so we were really appreciative if the quick and friendly response. After s few exchanges and photos it became clear our son had dropped it on the nib, he returned from Uni to a repaired pen. He is very pleased. Thanks you”
