“Very swift service and I now have a fab little Kaweco black pen and copper pen holder. As a writer I need a very fine nib and my other pen went AWOL - emergency! So it's being used day and night and will be safely tethered by the holder which fits tight and looks stylish.”

“After a mix up caused by me, reguarding order status and bank transfer ( I thought transfers to companies were instant but corperate transfers are more complicated and take longer) By phoning the company and talking to a nice representative, who was very patient and took time to explain the situation, all went well. I was very pleased with my order, when it came. Lesson being. Read the order status as some items have to come from Germany. I will use again.”
