“There was a supply problem with some of the ink which I ordered and James took time to explain and offer various options. I appreciated this very much. I was very impressed and would definitely buy again from The Pen Company.”

“The staff at The Pen Company have always been helpful and responsive. At no time did I wonder where my order was or whether it would be complete. Of the numerous orders placed not a one has been other than completely satisfactory: ink, paper, nibs, fountain pens. And the orders always arrived within the time span allotted for delivery here in the US. The billing/invoice is easy to read and clearly indicates the new US tariff/duty amounts. I hope to continue doing business with The Pen Company, but I must now take into account those higher tariffs I am paying.”

“I love this company! They sell my favorite planners that I cannot find in the US. Vertical, Yearly, Paperblanks! ❤️❤️❤️❤️The shipping is fast, they even made sure I meant to order 2025 planner that was on sale. Highly recommend The Pen Company, even if you live in Kansas.”

“I ordered a diary but it never arrived as was purchased for ! so I emailed them to find that it was on a list of scheduled to arrive ? Anyway it arrived so thank you but please be more specific when accepting orders . Thank you all the same as the gift is for a December birthday ;-)”

Hello Daren, We’re glad to hear that your delivery arrived well in advance of the December birthday date it was required for. The design of diary you selected was marked for pre-order - "Contact for Availability" when you placed your order, as we were awaiting further stock from the publisher - who had not yet confirmed the delivery date. This information was also discussed/clarified by email following your order, together with an updated ETA of stock arrival from publisher - at which time we also gave you the option to leave the order open, if you wished, or change / cancel this. Stock arrived 5 working days after your order was placed and your order was dispatched that day, with delivery being made 1 working day later. Stock availbility is indicated by the “Add to Basket” button - if this information is not available - but stock is guaranteed by a supplier - a “Contact for Availability” link shown next to the “Basket” button to allow you to reach out for further information, if required.

“My item arrived when the Pen Company said. They kept in touch with me via emails. I was on holiday when it arrived, but because it was small went through my letterbox. It was waiting for me on my return. Very happy. Have used the Pen Company before and will again.”
