“My order was received very timely. I immediately applied one of the refils to my pen and was extremely pleased. This pen is beautiful and used for signing at events. The click pens that I ordered are for every day writing and note taking. They are by far the best writing pen of that type with which I have written. I will order again and I will recommend your company to others based upon shere quality.”

“My ball pen needed a refill and after searching online I ordered one from The Pen Company. I had a choice of blue or black which many companies didn't offer. Usually it's only blue. Anyway I ordered on Friday afternoon and received it on Monday. Excellent service!”

“The Pen Company is the only source for the pen parts I needed, so I was thrilled they had the stock part on their web page. Their response to my order was that there would be a delay while they were waiting for the part from the mfr. Even so, it was within a day or two they wrote that the part was in and being shipped to the US. It arrived in good time and at a very reasonable price. Thanks to The Pen Company.”
