“Ordered some refill cartridges but was worried that they were not the correct size. Messaged them in a panic and they responded straight away to confirm that these were in fact the correct cartridges for my Pen (James). Excellent service, prices and products. I will 100% use this company over any others from now on. Thank you for the great customer service, if really does make the difference. Mark”

“After a poor experience with a different company, I ordered an engraved pen from ‘The Pen Comany’. I have to say it was a much better experience than the other company. It was easy to navigate their website. My pen arrived in a matter of days and is of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“I needed a new cap to my Lamy pen, but I did know which pen it was. The Pen Company asked a couple of questions and ascertained the type and I ended up with a fully working pen. Should I need to use them again I would be straight on the phone.”

“Thank you so much for the incredibly rapid service. I ordered a Cross pen and several bottles of ink on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered to me in the U.S. on Friday morning. “My experience was excellent. The Pen Company shipped my new Waterman Pen to the US and I received it in a short amount of time. I appreciate that it was in stock and shipped the day after I ordered. This was a replacement for one that broke after 10 plus years and I was fortunate to find it here! Thanks”

“Bought this for a 50th birthday gift asked for it to be engraved we didn't know how long it would take to come so paid the extra to be delivered by fedex and it was here the next day fantastic service and lovely pen so thank you and will definitely recommend you to everyone”

“The Pen Company gave me a great price on an A4 weekly planner diary. It was a lovely design and arrived well packaged and in the time frame indicated. I have very little to say because everything was so smooth. I'll definitely be back for my next diary for 2025!”
