“I’ve placed a couple of orders with The Pen Company over the last 90 days or so after discovering your website and seeing links to you online. The products delivered to me make me feel like I am your only customer. The care you take in fulfilling my orders is simply amazing. In the last number of years I have grown used to products from various companies being delivered as if the item(s) needed no further consideration after pulling it from stock. I’ve also received several products from companies (not you) where products were damaged or very poorly packaged, etc. The care you take at The Pen Company to deliver my purchases with the utmost care is what many companies can only aspire to when sending items. My most recent purchase, (three S.T. Dupont ballpoint refills) arrived today in individual product packaging, placed between protective cardboard flats, then inserted into a bubblewrap envelope approximately the size of the refills, then inserted into a larger FedEx mylar envelope, folded and sealed in a way as to not allow the inner package to slide around. The Dupont refills are fairly expensive compared to other brands, and I fully appreciate the deliberate care and attention to detail when selecting, wrapping and sending my purchase to me. You treated my relative inexpensive order as if it were a @2,000 pen. You have me as a customer and you also have a new cheerleader with other pen collectors and aficionados. Thank you!”

“Ordered some refill cartridges but was worried that they were not the correct size. Messaged them in a panic and they responded straight away to confirm that these were in fact the correct cartridges for my Pen (James). Excellent service, prices and products. I will 100% use this company over any others from now on. Thank you for the great customer service, if really does make the difference. Mark”
