“Lost the rubber end to my Lamy Safari ballpoint pen and The Pen Company was the only source I could find for the replacement part. Ordered a few other pens as well and they arrived in a padded envelope in a very reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints. Good to know that there is another company out there that stocks pens better that what is available at the "Office Big Box Depot" type store. Thank you for a great first experience.”

“I ordered an engraved pen for my husbands Birthday. I received advice that the engraving had failed and that they had to wait for more pens from France. I agreed to wait a while, then having heard nothing I phoned a week before my husbands Birthday. I was assured that the pens had arrived and it would be on its way by 24hr post. 5 days later (the day before hubby's birthday) I receive an email to advise the engraving failed again and I will be refunded!!. No phone call and no offer to send an unengraved pen so I would at least have a present for him. You knew this was for a gift and despite all my chasing you assured me all was well only to cancel the order at the last minute. Disgraceful way to run a business.”

“I was looking for parts for my pens (Lamy) that i haven't been able to find anyplace else. The Pen company have been the only company that actually sell you the parts instead of changing you extra money "to repair them". Service and package delivery was pretty fast, even though the comany is in Europe. I am very please with The Pen Company services and products.”
