“Very pleasant communication with this company. I needed to purchase a couple of fountain pen nibs which I couldn't find in Britain, but Jake ordered two pen nibs for me, it took a little while as they had to be ordered from Germany, but when they arrived I was very pleased. Thank you so much for your courteous and helpful emails. Very pleased with your service.”

“This is my second order with The pen company. The first time I was very happy. This time still overall satisfied but this pen came in a cardboard box as opposed to the first pen I ordered came in a much more presentable gift box. Maybe I missed it in the description but it was a little disappointing and made the pen look less classy.”

“I've had the pleasure of ordering from The Pen Company several times. The first time was during the pandemicduring which there were supply chain chain issues with Pelikan which delayed the delivery of my pen. During that delay i had many conversations with James who kept me up-to-date with the status of my oder. More recently I ordered a Pelikan M1000 and it was deliverered her is the US within 4 days of placing the order. Well done in both cases.”
