“I purchased one of the KAWECO clutch pencils for my partner's birthday. I also had it engraved, which looks fabulous. He's yet to receive it but I like it and would definitely buy another one for my self. The order process was really quick and simple and the pen came within a few day.”

“Amazed to find spare parts for a Lamy pen that has travelled with me around the world. It’s not an expensive pen but it’s comfortable and writes well so very happy to find replacement parts and bring it back to an almost as new condition. Parts ordered and delivered in just a couple of days. Great service.”

“The service was quick and efficient but sadly when my pen was delivered I had to pay 14 euros for the shipping, which had already been billed when I first payed at chekout. This means that I had to pay the shipping twice and I would like my £9.50 back. Thanks in advance.”

“I bought a pencil for my Dad's 70th birthday with his initials inscribed on it. It's a beautiful pencil, a lovely weight and quality to it. It came in a snazzy red box that added to the occasion. Also one of the best customer services ever, real humans who care about their products. Highly recommend.”
