“I purchased a kaweco sport brass and then also a bronze. I was very happy with my interaction with Jake and James. They are very knowledgeable of their stable of fountain pens and shared their knowledge of the qualities of a specific models of pen. James was able to intimate customer opinions and preferences and provide additional knowledge of popular trends in fountain pens. I was surprised and delighted to receive my order within 24 hours!
