“I was looking for a matching set and purchased a set with a pencil, ballpoint, rollerball & fountain with my name on them. The quality is amazing and the time from purchase to delivery was far shorter than expected! “I’m in the USA and expected lengthy delays due to COVID, perhaps some extra time for engraving, etc. on my order of a Lamy 2000. Nope. The Pen Company’s customer service, speed and thoughtful updates were stellar. World class experience from a trusted seller. “The Pen Company website gives a detailed description and photos to give the buyer a clear description of their products. I wanted a diary that would show me the internal layout rather than just the cover. That was important and I would use this site again if they continue with this detailed description of their products. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged.”

“Purchased two Lamy pens from this company to be delivered to different addresses. One arrived within a couple of days the other about ten days, due to post office issues. Help desk very helpful when I called to find out what had happened. Engraving was excellent. I will use this company again for refills etc.”
