“I had to get a retirement present during lockdown. James was fab at helping me decide which was the pen to fit the bill. He went the extra mile to get the pen from the supplier to me. Would have been post without him. Hence why I gave the company 5 stars. Will definitely return, maybe for my partners Xmas pressie. Thank you so much. Angela FABULOUS”
