“In spite of Brexit I received the pen I ordered very close to the date first estimated. I am very satisfied with the product. Only problem is that Brexit made it twice as expensive - but that's not the company's fault 😒”

“I must commend The Pen Company for an absolutely first class service. I had not used the company before. I was searching for a specific brand and type of pen to give as a gift and The Pen Company had exactly what I was looking for. Many others did not. Also, the price offering was very competitive by comparison. I called the company to enquire about delivery and the member of staff I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I placed the order straight afterwards and it arrived the very next day, perfectly packaged and exactly as ordered. To me, this is an example of perfect customer service and customer experience, so often lacking from businesses like this one. Given the current pandemic, Royal Mail and courier services are often taking longer than expected to complete their deliveries. Whilst my item was delivered the next day, one should remember that once an item has been dispatched, the company cannot be held responsible for such delays and it is not fair and right to provide negative feedback to the seller for such situation as I have seen in one particular submission. Thank you for a first class service - I will most definitely buy from you again.”

“Good customer service. The gentlemen I spoke to knew all about the product I was enquiring about. I felt like i was dealing with a business that cared. I felt like should i had encountered any problems then the Pen Company would have rectified the issue immediately. I paid for next day delivery and My item arrived the next day well packaged. I had engraving on my item and it looks really nice. Will defintely buy from here again.”

“I placed an order for some items with The Pen Company and managed to make a mistake. A quick call to them and everything was sorted, absolutely no problem at all. I received excellent guidance on some other options I was considering and it all arrived extremely promptly. It’s such a delight to work with a small family run company who care about helping you choose what you really need and getting it to you swiftly.”

“I bought 3 pens from the pen company and was extremely satisfied. After ordering a pen with engraving, James contacted me directly with some concerns he had about the spacing and appearance. His suggestions were invaluable. Delivery was somewhat delayed, but this was during the time of COVID-19 slowdowns and nearly everything was running slowly. “I bought a pen from TPC and got it delivered overseas (to Singapore). I have to say the box didn't survive the journey as there were plenty of dents. Would appreciate more padding in the future! Would give 5 stars but the box was one of the reasons why I chose to get that pen. Other than that, the color was a little bit off as well. It's a champagne colored pen but in person it was more silver with a very slight brown/orange hue. Still looked good though. Laser engraving was pretty good. Very satisfied with overall purchase. Will definitely buy again! Thank you :)”
