“The Pen Company provided an efficient and personal service, keeping me informed about availability and timescales during the problems of Covid and Brexit. Also no money was taken from my credit card until goods were actually despatched from Germany. My purchases arrived safely and quickly from despatch and were perfect. “Very swift shipping, which was appreciated. I misunderstood the item I received (a manufacturer change) as was wrongfully disappointed. Not only did the Pen Company graciously explain the change to me, they verified and forwarded me support from the manufacturer directly. Top quality service, they went above and beyond even when it was my mistake. Will be a returning customer.”
