“Amazing service! I was so pleased to find this family-owned business offering excellent quality products and incomparable personal service. I was in search of refills that were quite important to me, but of minimal value in the grand scheme of things, but The Pen Company treated me like a Very Important Customer! I'm "across the pond" in the US, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I will definitely be back!”

“The process of ordering from the pen company was a dream. Very efficient and helpful when I phoned for some advice. Just wanted to get into trying a fountain pen to write with after many years of not using one. Glad I chose to purchase the Lamy Safari from The Pen Company.”

“Mine was a simple order, refills for a ST DuPont pen, but one impossible to find on the high street. And most online suppliers would only offer in packs of 10, enough for several lifetimes and a silly price. So it was good to find the Pen Company offering smaller orders and a better price. Delivery was quick and well packed so it's good to have my favourite pen back in use.”
