“The Kaweco pencil was not presentable in polite company without its cap which had become lost. After even calling Kaweco to find a replacement it seems that nowhere in this wide world was a replacement to be found UNTIL I stumbled upon the Pen Company. They had the proper part, they sent it off, perhaps a little annoyed that my tastes and interests with the PC were so limited, and after siphoning through all the stupid Trumpian protections at the borders of the good ol' US of A, it happily found its way to our house, where I can use the pencil with pride.”

“They stock my favourite pen that I lose every three months and I'd rather return to a family owned business than a Bezos owned one. They're always prompt with delivery, accurate with descriptions, and stock the full suite you want. Legends.”

“Fantastic company to deal with, I needed a replacement nib for my Lamy 2000 fountain pen and in error ordered the wrong width, a quick phone call and all was resolved, a new one sent out and then once then had the wrong one I had ordered back I was refunded. Brilliant service.”
