“The product arrived but was disappointed in how long it took. Had to pay €8 for post and packaging and a further €12 for vat and admin costs to have it delivered. I ended up paying almost as much as the diary in postage and vat costs. Will not be ordering again.”

“I love a Paperblank diary and The Pen Company always have the best selection. Last year I bought my 2025 diary really early and then, when January arrived, I found I had lost it. I went back to the Pen Company and ordered a new one which arrived the next day. However, as you may have guessed, by then the original one had turned up. I asked The Pen Company if I could return the new one and they were so helpful. I was very grateful as it was entirely my mistake. The refund arrived back to my card as soon as the diary arrived with them. Excellent stock and excellent service. My 2026 diary will come from The Pen Companty too!”
