“I ordered a Diplomat pen as a retirement gift which turned out to be delayed. James made contact to advise me of this and also alternative options which I chose from. Following that, he arranged engraving and shipping same day and it arrived next working day in time for the presentation.”

“I was attracted initially to The Pen Company, as they had an excellent selection of 12-Month Planners, available at competitive prices. I ordered several 2022 Planners as gifts for friends and personal use. The diaries were well packaged and arrived at lightning speed. “Shipment received in good conditon. Fast delivery. My only concern lies with payment. As billing is done in Pound/Streling, the bank charge "money conversion fees" to Euros which, of course increase the total cost.”
