“Absolutely the best customer service! Ordered a Pelikan M1000 in March. Delays in delivery due to manufacturing issues at Pelikan but kept up to date with regular updates via email. Pen arrived in August. Beautiful pen but there was an issue with nib being a hard starter. Contacted James and the Pen Company staff sent a replacement nib via DHL express with prepaid return label and packaging to return faulty nib. New nib is perfect. Beautiful pen with amazing nib at the lowest price found anywhere from a pen shop with outstanding customer service. What else could one ask for?”

“This was my first order with The Pen Company but it certainly won't be my last. My experience was super. The order was shipped promptly, packed safely and delivered exactly as expected. I live in a remote, rural part of Israel so we order online often and have many other vendors to compare with. The Pen Company experience was as good as it gets.”
