“Brilliant company, very helpful. Having bought through the website Schmidt L888 refills (website very easy to use) for some Eastern pens I’ve had for years, unfortunately the head wouldn’t come through the pen. I emailed James and he gave a very detailed reason as to why this might be a problem.it wasn’t worth getting expensive refills for these pens so I decided not to continue. The service that the company and James provided was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.”
