Hello Allan, Thank you for your feedback. Delivery to New Zealand has slowed recently. This is due to tightened Corona virus restrictions affecting mail services and inbound customs handling. Sadly, this has impacted upon delivery times of international mail within New Zealand. Copied below is a service statement recently posted by Royal Mail / NZ Post regarding this. Tracked shipments sent just prior to yours are now beginning to report as delivered. Untracked Airmail services (the service selected for your order) lag a little behind tracked items, however, we would expect your order to be with you shortly. Due to the issue / delays at inbound customs it is hard to give an accurate estimate. Please be assured no items of Air Mail, tracked or otherwise, to New Zealand have been lost since the start of the pandemic - a few have experienced delays, but all have been successfully delivered. I hope this information is of some reassurance. Thank you again for your order, James Service statement from Royal Mail / NZ Post Latest Update: 5 October 2021 End date: Ongoing Incident: Coronavirus Latest Update New Zealand Post has updated that Auckland, where the main postal hub is located, remains in Alert Level 3 of the Covid-19 pandemic plan while the rest of New Zealand is in Alert Level 2. Alert Level 3, is effectively almost full lockdown status for postal operations, hence continue to significantly affect processing and delivery as result.
