“I prefer writing with a fountain pen and when I broke the nib of my Graf von Faber Castel Macassar, I was in trouble. Being based out of Auckland, New Zealand, without sophisticated service offerings I thus searched the internet and found the Pen Company. I was lucky finding the exact spare nib and ordered it. The delivery was prompt. It took only a few days until I received my well packaged nib. I am very happy with the Pen Company’s service and strongly recommend it.”

“I am very pleased with my Pelikan M660 B fountain pen. It's exactly what I was looking for and meets all my expectations regarding quality. The Pen Company has done the same and I bought the pen for literally the best price on the market possible. The Pen Company was superb at communications re the order and the order was shipped promptly and I received it much earlier than anticipated.
