“The website is easy to manage. They have an excellent stock of the items we need, usually Space Pen refills for the Space Pens and Parkers we have, plus fountain pen ink. Dispatch and delivery are prompt as promised. A pleasure to do business with the Pen company.”

“Purchased a gift for my boyfriend (engraved LAMY 2000) through The Pen Company and we couldn't be happier. He loves the product and the engraving turned out good (his name is often misspelled and we did not have any issues with that)”

“Company rep took 2 telephone calls from me before order & answered my questions. I used the phone because my attempts at using E-mail and the "Ask Us A Question" link on the web site were not answered in 2 days. Ordering was straightforward, and worked. I received products as advertised and in the time frame estimated. Charge appeared on my credit card bill at the prices quoted, with no problem. Excellent!! Thank you!!”
