“I've now placed four orders with the Pen Company. Each time I received stellar customer service, prompt delivery, and the pen in great condition, well wrapped. In addition, oftentimes getting fountain pens through U.S. customs can be annoying because of the ink. I do not know what they do differently, but I've never had an issue with this when ordering through the Pen Company. They just get it done.”

“Though it will be a while before I receive my order, The Pen Company had the best price I was able to find. Even with the cost of shipping to the US, I was still able to save on the Diamine Inkvent 2024 Black Edition Calendar. It will not arrive until sometime in October, but I'm very pleased with how easy it was to work with The Pen Company! Thank you! I will update this review once I've received my shipment to share what I believe will be continued outstanding service.”

“Contacted the Pen company to try tobuy a pen for our sons graduation and the pen we wanted was showing as out of stock. I called and was told that stock was arriving the following day and I could get the pen I wanted and have it engraved within a week - the pen arrived 3 days later :-) - Great , personal service and I would definately use the Pen Company again - Thanks guys”

“I treated myself to a pair of pens, with engraving, for my 75th birthday. (Kaweco Sport Brass Rollerball and Kaweco Sport Steel Rollerball). I ordered online but sought final advice and reassurance by telephone call regarding the engraving. Engraved and despatched on the same day via FedEx Priority, who delivered to me on the following day. So pleased with the pens and the service that I subsequently placed a repeat order (same pens but different engraving) as a memento for my son who had just completed a Lands End to John o'Groats charity cycle ride. I would recommend The Pen Company without hesitation. Excellent people giving ecxellent service.”
