“I bought the Kaweko Sport from The Pen Company a few months ago, fell in love with it - first fountain pen I've used since high school - and immediately abandoned my minimalist ballpoints. I thought I'd lost it a few months later, so ordered another, found the first one, and realised I now had a blue and black ink pen. The Pen Company stocks great stuff and delivers quickly in sensible packaging (look at you Bezos); I'm a very happy customer.”

“Most importantly James and Jake offered and extended outstanding customer care. I do not do reviews or surveys but this is an exception. Given a little supply chain issue with the manufacturer, these guys communicated frequently and extended a level of comfort in spite my target date was delayed. To the CEO, you should be very proud of their work! As a retired executive, I don't have many occasions to order nice products as seen on your website but when I do, rest assured I will be giving you more business. Well done gentlemen!”
