“It has been a pleasure working with the staff, especially from a small community hosptial in the US. They made the ordering process very simple and easy to navigate, including providing assistance with customs to ensure we received our order on time.”

“A good comapny to deal with and decent prices. My order was rapidly despatched and arrived in time. very happy with the genuine new products I received. All items were well packed and in a box so arrived safely. The only thing that confused me was i expected i would have to open an account but couldn't find a way to do so but to buy without one is simple enough.”

“I am a new customer to the Pen company. I was impressed with their rapid response and delivery of an expensive ballpont biro. DEelivery was quick and the company kept you informed on the delivery process. A very good company to deal with and they responded very rapidly to the order that I placed. Product well packaged and stood the long transport betwwen the UK and NZ. I cannot report any negatives on the transaction or delivery. Everthing was first class.DElivery time reflects the distance between UK and NZ. It was a fast delivery because of the courier service they selected.”

“I ordered several medium and fine point Fisher Space Pen cartridges in blue and black ink. I live in the US, and Pen Company web site made ordering easy and shipping from the UK to the US via the Royal Post was trouble free. Customs was handled by the shipper and my order arrived within a week. The e-mail communication from The Pen Company as my order progresses was timely and helpful. I recommend The Pen Company for its wide variety of writing instruments and ink refills as well as it prompt and professional service.”
