“I thought I was purchasing inferior products because the prices were low. Nonetheless, I ordered some cartridges and rollerball gel refills. While the items were en route, I met someone who’s been in the business for more than 30yrs. During our discussion, he suggested I use Schmidt rollerball refills. Hmmm! Now I have a source to buy them less than my US sources. You have a customer for life! Also, my order arrived quicker than I expected. Thank you!”
