“Ordered 5 packs, 5 in 1 pack, sheaffer blue cartridges, free delivery 1st royal mail, no fuss arrived on time. These are repeat order. Cartridges are very high quality ink, not dry. No problem so far. Thank you. Satisfied customer.”

“Fast delivery and smooth transaction BUT no mention of the price is to high to avoid EU tax. So payed almost double for my pen in the end. Will be very careful buying anything from a UK storage again.”

“The Pen Company performed to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service with my order. I ordered my Pelikan fountain pen during the height of the pandemic. The Pen Company advised me via e-mail that orders were then on hold and/or slow to ship. Over the next months they kept me regularly informed about my order and, when finally they received my custom-ordered pen, made sure that I still desired the instrument. informed that I did, they shipped quickly, and the fountain pen arrived safe, well-packaged and in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them too highly. Their customer service and attention to detail; their responsibility during the pandemic and responsiveness are a cut above.”
