“Couldn’t find a planner I loved until I found this site. Shipping to the US was very fast. Well packaged, and absolutely gorgeous in person. I’ll definitely be ordering again next year.”

“Excellent customer service! Quick despatch of my order which arrived the following day (4 days before Xmas). Good email communication confirming acceptance and despatch of my order. This was the only company that I could find with the exact Paperblanks diary I was looking for to give as a gift. I would order from The Pen Company again.”

“I ordered a Pelikan fountain pen. Due to supply issues, there was a delay in filling my order. They kept me informed of the order status, and once the pen was available, I was notified and it was shipped quickly to my home. The pen is beautiful and the price from The Pen Company was unbeatable. I could not be happier with the pen and the service from The Pen Company. I will buy from them again.”

“I thought the range offered on the website was fabulous. I bought a green Kaweco Classic ballpoint pen as a small gift for a friend for Christmas. The pen looked great but the box it came in was damaged, as if crushed during transit. Sometimes items need better wrapping than a jiffy bag, I'm afraid. Hence 4 stars instead of five.”

“Very helpful company. I always order my Paperblancs diary from them. They suffered a long delay because of Brexit and the diaries were stuck in Germany. They offered to cancel order and took no money until they had confirmation I wanted the diary. I love these quality diaries so waited for it. The company sent it out first class. I hope they are well supported and they are still in business next year. Lorraine from Lincoln”
